1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription to the VestNow Money & Career Staircase Method™, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription and Billing

VestNow offers two subscription options: a monthly plan billed at $12.00 USD per month, and an annual plan billed at $100.00 USD per year. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged using the payment method provided at checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to course content until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to course content has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at ChatWithUs@vestnow.io and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5. Access and Use

Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to VestNow course content for the duration of your active subscription. You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise transfer your account or any course content to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the VestNow Money & Career Staircase Method™, including but not limited to lessons, worksheets, frameworks, and community content created by VestNow, is the exclusive intellectual property of VestNow. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Community Standards

Access to the VestNow exclusive global community is included with your subscription. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. VestNow reserves the right to remove any member from the community for behavior that is disrespectful, harmful, or inconsistent with our community standards, without refund.

8. Disclaimer

The content within the VestNow Money & Career Staircase Method™ is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or career advice. VestNow and its founder are not licensed financial advisors or legal professionals. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial or career decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

VestNow shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or its content. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to Terms

VestNow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of your subscription following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VestNow operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
